Notifications are real-time updates generated by our network to keep you and your customers informed. They provide a continuous feed of events and communications that are triggered, received, or sent throughout the order lifecycle and shipment journey.

We currently offer the following types of notifications:

• Tracking Updates – status changes throughout the shipment journey.
• Refund Trigger – events that initiate refund processes.
• ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) – shipment details shared in advance for planning and visibility.
