Consumer Portal Headless API

The Consumer Portal headless API (commonly referred to as “headless API”) is a collection of RESTful API endpoints that support return initiation using different frontends. All return initiation operations (like looking up an order, selecting a reason for return, payments, and a drop-off locator) are supported. With this API, our customers can customize their users' user experience while using the full range of Rebound product offerings.

Headless API(HAPI) is a new set of endpoints that enables front-end applications to access our platforms for return initiation. In other words, it’s a backend without a frontend, enabling Rebound clients to use either Rebound’s or their frontend as the Consumer Portal and access the same capabilities.
