Installing the integration

Before getting started 📝

Before installing the app, you'll need:

• Signed contract and SOW with ReBound: Contact your ReBound client manager if unsure or get started here [ADD LINK].
• API credentials from ReBound: Provided by your ReBound implementation manager. Contact them if needed.
• Access to TikTok Shop stores: Ensure access to all stores you want to connect.

Multi-store setup

If you use multiple TikTok Shop stores in parallel (e.g., for different brands or geographies), install the app in all of your stores you want to connect to ReBound.

Step by step installation guide 📋

If you prefer the straightforward written down guide, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your TikTok Shop seller account🔗.
2. Navigate to Growth > App store and use the search bar to find the "ReBound Returns" application. Alternatively, open the app listing directly from our link [ADD LINK].
3. Go through TikTok's app authorization process:
   1. Click "Install"
   2. Choose a duration for the app authorization. We recommend selecting "Unlimited" to prevent label generation failures or integration downtime.
   3. Provide contact information and confirm app permissions.
   4. TikTok Shop will forward you automatically to our app.
4. Click “I already have a ReBound contract” or “Get started” if you don’t.
5. Enter your ReBound API credentials (provided by your ReBound implementation manager).
6. Select the ReBound legal entity you signed the contract with (required for billing and legal compliance). Learn more🔗
7. Indicate the platform where the external order id originates. Learn more🔗
8. The API credentials will be checked automatically .

   Check for accidental whitespaces or misspelling. Contact your ReBound implementation manager if the issue persists.

9. If credentials are correct, the integration goes live immediately.
10. You are now forwarded to the app's homepage, where you can see and update your existing configuration. You can safely close this page. You can return to this page later🔗.
