Introduction

Installing the ReBound TikTok Shop app in your store is a quick process that connects your TikTok Shop with ReBound’s returns platform. This enables automated return handling, label generation, and seamless data flows between TikTok Shop and ReBound. Before you begin, please review the prerequisites to ensure a smooth installation.

Prerequisites

Before installing the app, make sure you have the following:

• Active ReBound contract You must have a signed contract with ReBound. If you are not yet a ReBound client, you can get in touch with us today.
• ReBound platform configuration Your store must be set up in the ReBound platform, with the necessary flows and carrier options configured. This is done by a ReBound Implementation Manager after the contract is signed.
• API credentials You will need your ReBound client ID and secret, as well as your flow key and legal entity information. These will be provided by your ReBound Implementation Manager.
• TikTok Shop admin access You must have admin access to your TikTok Shop seller account to install and authorize the app.

Installation Steps

1. Access the TikTok Shop App Store Log in to your TikTok Shop seller portal and navigate to the App Store.
2. Find the ReBound App Search for “ReBound Returns” or locate it in the list of available integrations. Alternatively, your ReBound Implementation Manager can provide a link to begin app installation.
3. Start installation Click “Install” and follow the prompts to authorize the app for your store. When authorizing the app, we recommend selecting "Unlimited" to prevent label generation failures or integration downtime.
4. Already a Rebound client? Click “I already have a ReBound contract” or “Get started” if you don’t.
5. Enter required credentials After installation, you’ll be prompted to enter your ReBound client ID, secret, and flow key. More details.
   • If you have an order integration, you may also need to select your external order ID platform. More details.
   • For each country, you’ll choose whether to use ReBound-managed or your own (SaaS) carrier lanes. More details.
6. Complete onboarding Review your entries and confirm. The app will validate your credentials and activate the integration.
7. Next steps Once installed and set up, the app is live and will start uploading labels for returns registered in your TikTok Shop store. Don't forget to make sure that the TikTok Shop returns settings are set up as you want them.

Important Notes

• Existing ReBound clients: If you already use ReBound for returns, you can reuse your existing configuration. Just ensure your credentials and carrier options are compatible with the TikTok Shop integration. If unsure, reach out to your client manager.
