ReBound legal entity

During the app installation process, you will be required to select your ReBound legal entity. This is the specific entity of our company with which you have signed a contract.

Why is this necessary?

Correct Carrier IDs: Ensures the use of the correct carrier IDs for your returns.
Billing Accuracy: Enables accurate billing based on the terms of your contract.
Legal Compliance: Ensures full legal compliance with the contractual agreement.

Steps to Complete

Identify Your ReBound Legal Entity: Refer to your signed contract to find the correct ReBound legal entity.
Select the Legal Entity: Choose the appropriate entity from the drop-down menu in the app. There are only two entities to choose from.

Updating it later

After the app is installed, you can update the legal entity through updating the integration settings🔗. This should only be needed exceptionally, so please consult your client manager before taking any action.
